Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Once you place your order, our goal is to get your item to you quickly and securely packed. We begin processing orders within one to three business days upon receiving your order confirmation email.

Typically, your product will ship within one to two weeks of your order. Once your order ships, we are not able to affect shipping service issues that are outside of our control, such as postal service problems, inclement weather, in-transit damage, etc.

Shipping rates are calculated based on product price. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

ORDER STATUS

You will receive an order confirmation via the email you provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped, we will send tracking information that you can use to track your shipment status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within three days of its estimated arrival time, please contact us at store@systempavers.com with your name and order number. We will be more than happy to investigate the situation and help track down your item.
