Refund policy

Our 30-day return policy gives you up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return requests made outside this window will not be completed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a copy of your order confirmation.

To start a return, please contact us at store@systempavers.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label and return instructions. Please note there is a 20% restocking fee taken from the refund, and the customer must either coordinate a pickup, or drop off their return at a carrier location. Products are returned directly to the closest distribution location.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, refunded, nor returned to customer.

Refunds for eligible returns will be completed once we receive your item.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception to see if the item is defective, damaged or in the event you received the wrong item. Contact us right away so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), or any item altered for personalization after reception. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We are also unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXHANGES
The fastest way to ensure your exchange goes smoothly and quickly is to contact us immediately about returning the item you have. Then, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This way you’ll receive your item and your refund in as timely manner as possible.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and a 20% restocking fee is taken from the refund amount.
